This DC event series is picking up a little bit of steam with this issue. I wasn’t sure what the entire point was up until now, but it seems to be moving along to the point of the series.
Or at least I hope so.
No matter, this was an enjoyable issue.
President Superman finds himself in the wrong world as this issue begins.
It is a struggle for him to try and break free from it and things aren’t going so well. We get to see him fight and go through a struggle here that is pretty exciting.
We also get to see Chase and Bones try to stop villains from crossing multi-universal lines.
The struggle gets to be a lot for them and we see things start to really come apart. This looks like it might even lead to bigger ramifications.
They are trying to put an end to President Superman. But that’s when things start to get really crazy. They get to see that Injustice Incarnate has some real plans for the universe to suffer. It is looking like that this is just the beginning of that.
The story by Joshua Williamson is fairly good. There seems to be more weight in this issue than previous ones. The artwork is very good as well and it really keeps things moving. Overall, this is very well done and I am enjoying the book as a whole.
