GLENN SHADIX (1952-2010)

Glenn Shadix, best known for portraying Otho in Tim Burton’s cult film, Beetlejuice, passed away today, following comedian Robert Schimmel as the second death in the traditional “Celebrity Deaths Occur in Threes”.

 
Among Shadix’s other work includes roles in Heathers, Demolition Man, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Dunston Checks In and Planet of the Apes.

In recent years, Shadix was wheelchair bound, suffering from mobility problems. He passed away today in Birmingham, Alabama from blunt force trauma to his head after accidentally falling at his condo.
