COOL SHIRTS: A Look At T-Shirt Offerings From SUPERHEROSTUFF!

Henry-Winkler-The-FonzThere’s no doubt that the boldest and most personal fashion statement, anyone can make is in one’s selection of t-shirt.  Personally, I love them. It’s an opportunity to show the world what pop culture I care about, a wonderful flashback to the past and a fantastic way to initiate any nerd discussion.

For this installment of Cool Shirts, I took a look at some of the shirts from our friends at SuperHeroStuff.com which is not only one of the industry’s oldest superhero specialty shops, but also one of the best.

SuperHeroStuff sells more than shirts.  Among their wares are hats, hoodies, underwear, socks, action figures, stickers, buttons, belts wallets, cardboard standups, jewelry and much more including large selections for women and children.

And if you’re interested in staying up to date, they have plenty of Captain America: Civil War, Deadpool, Harley Quinn and Force Awakens merchandise to satisfy any and all geek cravings.

As for me, I’ve already seen X-Men Apocalypse, so I’m getting ready for the season finales of Flash, Arrow, Gotham and Legends of Tomorrow.  These are a few of my recent favorites.

Batman Japanese Circle T-Shirt

image-tsbatjapcirc-primary-shsnowatermarkOnly in Japan is the term “Super Deformed” considered to be a term interchangeable with “adorable” or “cute”.

Well, straight out of Gotham City is the cranium heavy mini-Dark Knight perched in a yellow circle, like a Funko Pop on a shelf.

This little Caped Crusader comes on a 100% cotton heather charcoal colored shirt.

Impress your fellow crimefighters and strike fear in the superstitious, cowardly lot of criminals and get this shirt.

Plus, it’s really soft.

Hulk Big Tires T-Shirt

Apparently this shirt is named as such, by assuming that if The Hulk did in fact work out, he’d require Big Tires (like from a Monster Truck), as part of his routine.

Suffice to say, The Green-Skinned Goliath doesn’t work out:

“The Angrier Hulk Gets — The Stronger Hulk Gets!!!” – The Hulk

Nevertheless, this is cooler than a pair of purple pants; 100% cotton, printed on a blue t-shirt!

Distressed with classic comic art, this is a must have!

Green Lantern Comic Fist T-Shirt

image-tsglcomicfist-primary-shsnowatermarkSure, his movie was a bomb, but you’d be hard pressed to find many comic book characters cooler than Hal Jordan, the Green Lantern of Sector 2814.

As part of the intergalactic police force known as the Green Lanterns, Jordan uses his symbiotic relationship with his ring to fight the forces of evil with pure willpower and no fear. This shirt, shows off the best Lantern of them all!  Gather round folks, it’s time for the oath!

In brightest day; In blackest night,
No evil shall escape my sight.
Let those who worship evil’s might,
Beware my power, Green Lantern’s light!!!

Green Arrow In Yellow Circle T-Shirt

image-tsgarrowyelcirc-primary-shsnowatermarkYou have to understand, as much as I love watching Arrow, that’s not my Oliver Queen. Even the Oliver Queen in the comics now isn’t my Oliver Queen.

My Green Arrow? He’s on this shirt. The guy with the goatee.

The radical liberal fighting for social change, my Oliver Queen was a crimefighter, an outspoken advocate of the underprivileged. A hot-tempered anarchist who believed in the political left wing.

Plus, he used a boxing glove arrow to knock people out.

Which is awesome.
