This has a very good issue to this series.
There is a nice story that is happening and it is flowing pretty well. It does go into some of the darker places of the human psyche but beyond that it is a good story as well!
At the beginning of the issue, we get to see the predicament that the main character, Walter, is in.
Walter is a serial killer and an all around nasty piece of work. But all of his past sins have caught up to him and now he is not in a good space.
Walter has now sealed himself in a bunker with a sunflower cult. He has to get out of there but right now it is the safest place. The cult is a death cult so he will have to find a way out of there fast.
The cult turns against him.
So do a couple of other groups headed his way. But Walter isn’t going to take this lying down. He gathers a group of his own friends to fight back! But is it too late?
The story by Wagner is very cool. He always writes a great script and this is no different. The artwork by Daniel Hillyard is fantastic as well.
This is a perfectly fine book from start to finish.
