‘Infinite Frontier #6’ (review)

Written by Joshua Williamson
Art by Xermanico
Published by DC Comics

This issue is the best issue of this series.

Unfortunately, the build up to it hasn’t been that exciting. But that’s okay, this all turned out decently enough at the end. It also sets the stage for upcoming events in the DC Universe.

Darkseid is now trying to enact on his ultimate plan. It is a pretty evil one too, and he is doing his best to make everyone miserable. Can he possibly succeed? Is everyone in for some really bad news by the end of this?

Well, that’s what the heroes are trying to prevent. The heroes figure out that it was Darkseid this entire time pulling their strings. Now, they all have to make some difficult decisions.

They also have to make one last final stand against the villain.

The final showdown here is pretty intense.

There is a lot of fighting. There is also a lot of surprises that happen. The excitement level picks up by the end and there is a fairly decent resolution to all of these happenings.

The story by Joshua Williamson was pretty good here. I liked this issue and a good ending always makes up for a lot. We certainly get that here. The art is pretty decent as well.

Overall, not a bad issue for a series that ends here.

RATING: B+
