WBHE Announces ‘The Nun II’

Prepare for the next terrifying chapter in “The Conjuring” universe, when “The Nun II” from New Line Cinema arrives for purchase Digitally at home on October 3. The film is directed by Michael Chaves (“The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It”) and stars Taissa Farmiga, Jonas Bloquet, and Bonnie Aarons, returning in their roles from the first film.  The film will also be available to purchase on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD on November 14.

1956 – France.  A priest is murdered. An evil is spreading. The sequel to the worldwide smash hit follows Sister Irene as she once again comes face-to-face with Valak, the demon nun.




  • On October 3, “The Nun II” will be available for early Premium Digital Ownership at home for $24.99 and for 48-hour rental via PVOD for $19.99 SRP on participating digital platforms where you purchase movies, including Amazon Prime Video, AppleTV, Google Play, Vudu, and more.
  • On November 14, “The Nun II” will be available to own on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD. “The Nun II” will also continue to be available to own in high definition and standard definition from participating digital retailers.

Along with Farmiga, Bloquet and Aarons, “The Nun II” also stars Storm Reid and Anna Popplewell, surrounded by an ensemble cast of international talent.

The Nun II” is produced by Peter Safran and James Wan, with Richard Brener, Dave Neustadter, Victoria Palmeri, Gary Dauberman, Michael Clear, Judson Scott and Michael Polaire serving as executive producers.

The screenplay is by Ian Golding & Richard Naing and Akela Cooper from a story by Cooper, based on characters by James Wan & Gary Dauberman.
