Radha Mitchell will play Lisa, the wife of the Secret Service agent played by Gerard Butler, in Antoine Fuqua‘s White House thriller, Olympus Has Fallen. The cast also includes Aaron Eckhart and Angela Bassett.
Jack O’Connell has joined the cast of the 300–prequel, 300: Battle of Artemisia.

Joseph Gordon Levitt‘s directorial debut, Don Jon’s Addiction, has added Brie Larson to it’s cast, joining previously announced Scarlett Johansson, Julianne Moore, Rob Brown and Tony Danza,. Levitt wrote and will star in the film as, “a porn-addicted, modern day Don Juan who sets out to become a less
selfish person after meeting a recently widowed older woman
(Moore).

James Woods might be running the President’s detail in Roland Emmerich‘s White House Down joining Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx and Maggie Gyllenhaal. Tatum will play, “a Secret Service agent who leaps into action to defend the
president when a paramilitary group takes over the White House and holds
everyone inside hostage.”
Keri Russell has signed on to play the lead in writer/director Scott Stewart‘s supernatural thriller Dark Skies.
SHH reports on several castings for James Mangold‘s upcoming The Wolverine starring Hugh Jackman. Hiroyuki Sanada is set to play Shingen; veteran actor Hal Yamanouchi plays Yashida; and new discoveries Tao Okamoto and Rila Fukushima will star as Mariko and Yukio, respectively. The storyline is based on Chris Claremont and Frank Miller’s original Wolverine mini-series from 1982.
