TENACIOUS D Returns From The Ashes

It’s been six years since the self proclaimed “world’s greatest band” Tenacious D have put out a new album.

Finally, following the psychological breakdown and recovery of Kyle Gass and the super-stardom of “Hollywood” Jack Black, the musical powerhouse of the D is back on track.

The upcoming album, Rise of the Fenix is due out on May 15th and a summer tour is already scheduled

No less an authority than Extra Host Maria Menounos has called Fenix, “The greatest album recorded by anyone, ever.”

The tell-all video, from director Liam Lynch, can be found after the jump.
