Mike Myers Is Bringing Back AUSTIN POWERS

Mike Myers is apparently coming out of his semi-retirement to return to his character, Austin Powers, in a new film according to a report from HitFix.

Myers, who was last seen onscreen in little more than a cameo in 2009’s Inglorious Basterds, has spent the last several years voicing the title character Shrek, since his 2008 flop, The Love Guru.

According to the report, no director has been announced yet, but Jay Roach did direct the previous three films and will hopefully return.

No word yet on the possible return of series regulars Seth Green, Verne Troyer, Michael York, Robert Wagner or Mindy Sterling.

What do you think?  Are you excited about the return of the International Man of Mystery?
