FIRST LOOK! Anne Hathaway as CATWOMAN!

The first official look at Anne Hathaway as Catwoman in the upcoming The Dark Knight Rises is not what I expected.

Interestingly it’s labeled “Selina Kyle” and not “Catwoman”, which makes sense. I have a hard time believing that a criminal, even in Gotham, would just pull back her hair into a pony tail to do battle on rooftops.

It’s been previously mentioned that the costume was partly inspired by the design used initially in Ed Brubaker and Darwyn Cooke’s brief run on the title, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see a hood added when the femme fatale uses her claws.
