DANIEL DAY LEWIS Gets All LINCOLN-y

Here’s a first look at Daniel Day-Lewis as Abraham Lincoln from Steven Spielberg’s upcoming film Lincoln.

This shot has Lincoln wearing modern day clothes after stepping into a wormhole just moments before entering the Ford Theater and finding himself in the body of Steve Jobs just moments before an Apple Press Conference in 2010.

In all actuality, this is a behind the scenes pic showing off Daniel Day-Lewis with his hair and beard in place making him look remarkably like Honest Abe.

The film, written by John Logan, also stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tommy Lee Jones, James Spader, Lee Pace, Sally Field, Jackie Earle Haley, Michael Stuhlbarg, John Hawkes, David Strathairn, Walton Goggins, Hal Holbrook, Tim Blake Nelson, Bruce McGill, and Gloria Reuben.
