TRIPLE SHOT DIGITAL:
Comixology Submit Presents BANTAM #1, BROKEN #1, LLOYD AND THE BEAR #1

Here at the digital ComiXology Submit is the first poultry-based Batman and Robin parody, a twist on the Crime Alley trope and wrapped up with a talking teddy bear.

No, not that one cursing thunder, LLOYD AND THE BEAR is an all ages book!

The leader in the digital comics space opened up the platform to indie creators back in March of this year. Writers and artists now have the chance to publish comics or graphic novels on the browser, tablet or phone using the Guided View technology. Comixology curates the submissions and soon the comic is put into panel by panel production for the viewer. The comics appear right on the digital store alongside all of the major publisher’s books.

You witness your parents getting murdered when you leave the theater. Lots of familiar stuff can happen to you after that.

Or, your five year old ass can leave the foster home and instead of having them dote over you, you go back to that horrific place and see another murder.

The boss of the kids that murdered your parents finds you and takes you in, raising you as his own.

The mirror of the Batman origin and parallels to Alfred and to Bruce and Dick’s relationship may be where this book started but the differences are what makes this one great. Highly recommended, with great art and storytelling.

Just your classic boy and his talking teddy bear getting abducted by aliens tale.

For fans of Calvin and Hobbes, Ted, Star Wars and anything cool you want to introduce your kids to by way of the ComiXology app on the iPad!

The heroic bear takes on the aliens, to the delight of Lloyd — surprised to hear him talk after the introduction.

This is an almost perfect 8+ book, fun for adults too, and the vector illustrations are colorful and fun.
