‘The Six Sidekicks of Trigger Keaton #2’ Reveals Everyone Hated Trigger! (review)

Written by Kyle Starks

I really loved the first issue of this series.

Writer Kyle Starks always promises a good time and this book really delivers. It is fast, furious, and chock full of great moments. I laughed a lot and I enjoyed every second of it.

This issue picks right up where that first issue left off, and it is a joy.

It seems like someone has murdered Trigger Keaton, who is a television action hero unlike any other. Yet, everyone seemed to really hate the guy with a passion!

So the suspect list is huge!

Who could possibly be the one to have gone through with it?

A lot of questions are asked.

Could it be one of the many stuntmen that he employed who just had enough of him finally?

Or someone else?

There are a lot of fun moments in this issue. There is a car chase that has to be seen to be believed.

Then, we get to see a sidekick war that is starting to break out! It is just a lot of fun seeing where the creative team takes us.

Kyle Starks does a hell of a job writing the script. It is funny and well paced and completely cool. The art by Chris Schweizer is fantastic as well.

All in all, I am loving this book and find it to be an enjoyable read.

RATING: A
