‘Six Sidekicks of Trigger Keaton #4’ (review)

This has been a pretty fun book thus far. I really have no idea where this might be going as there have been many twists and turns thus far. I am really enjoying some of the story choices with this.

The main characters of this book are former sidekicks. They have been faced with a lot up until now and they are trying to get it all back together for themselves. So, they collectively make a decision that they think will help them.

They decide that it is time for a heist! And why not? So we get to see the gang try to formulate a plan to do just that. It is entertaining and a bit quirky. We get to see that they aren’t too good at even planning this supposed heist.

So what do they do? Well, they try to put it together the best way that they know how. It is a comedy of errors.

Things go from bad to worse by the issues end. It may be the silliest ending I have seen in quite some time. And that’s okay.

Kyle Starks writes a really great script here. It is fun and it is pretty entertaining. The art by Chris Schweizer is pretty damn good too. I enjoyed this very much.

I can’t wait to see where this series ends up taking us from here.

RATING: A
