‘Rorschach #9’ (review)

Written by Tom King
Art by Jorge Fornes
Published by DC Comics

This is one of the most consistently entertaining comics of the past year.

That is exactly what I tell people when they ask me how I like this book. It is really fantastic both with story and artwork and I am enjoying it very much.

The Detective of the story has been trying to upturn every stone that he comes across.

He is trying to solve the mystery at the center of this book and he is becoming more and more desperate.

But at the beginning of this issue, he finds something that he has been seeking.

The Detective finds the source of the tragedy.

He uncovers Laura’s training ground. This is the very place where she trained the new Rorschach all of the things that he knows. She has trained him how to be a killer.

The timelines start to crisscross. The Detective loses his footing in reality even more. A lot of the story starts to really come together. All of that, and more questions start to form. Things only get crazier from there.

Tom King writes a truly excellent script. From start to finish, this is a well made, and well written issue. Jorge Fornes shows us again why he is one of the best artists in the field.

This is an excellent book and I can’t wait for the next issue!

RATING: A
