Marvel’s new television division, headed by Jeph Loeb has been flying under the radar since it was announced this summer.
Today, several projects have been revealed, including a new series based on The Incredible Hulk.
The Hulk previously was the focus of a successful series that aired on CBS from 1978-82 and starred Bill Bixby, Lou Ferrigno and Jack Colvin.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, The Hulk and Cloak and Dagger are the first two properties being developed, with the latter for ABC Family.
Among other titles that have been proposed to Disney include Heroes for Hire, The Eternals, Agents of Atlas, Alter Ego (based on the comic, Alias), Moon Knight, The Hood, Ka-Zar, Daughters of the Dragon and The Punisher (possibly for cable).
No word yet if the series will follow the feature film model of a shared universe or if these projects would also be a part of the film universe.
Excelsior!
