FOG! Casting Call: THE SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN

So, it looks like Drew Goddard will be writing and directing the first installment of Sony/Marvel Studios’ latest incarnation of the beloved wall-crawler with producers Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige overseeing the project.

It’s also been mentioned that this first installment would not be an origin story, a high school aged Peter will already be established as Spider-Man and the film will help set up the Sinister Six for potential future installments.  And, Iron Man would be appearing as Spider-Man “auditions” to join The Avengers (spoilers: I think he gets in).

With casting yet to be announced, I thought I’d throw on my casting cap and make some suggestions as who I’d like to see in the film.  Share your thoughts and opinions in the comments.
