Exclusive GOTHAM Footage: Gordon’s on The Beat and New Bad Guy Debuts

A friend of the site (let’s call them Oracle), send in this behind the scenes footage from some on location filming from the upcoming second season on Gotham.

Here, it looks like Jim Gordon (Benjamin Mckenzie) is back in a uniform directing traffic, when a new villain appears shooting bullets into an underpass.

Any guesses who this rogue might be?
