This event book continues on with this second issue. It isn’t too bad of a story. Joshua Williamson always writes a good script. The problem that I am having is if this book is truly necessary?
It’s not bad but I am still trying to figure out it’s existence.
The newly expanded Multiverse is raising a lot of questions. The biggest one that is being asked is simple one: is anything out there potentially dangerous?
Director Bones doesn’t seem to want to wait to find out!
He assembles a team to be ready to figure things out and to keep the new worlds at bay.
He also hires Cameron Chase to make sure that he has someone to take the fall is things happen to go sour.
There is a lot of tension that happens because of that very decision!
In the meantime, Alan Scott does a lot of things to try and find his missing daughter Jade. He knows that she has been kidnapped and will stop at nothing to get her back!
We also get to see Roy Harper have a few new things happen to him.
Like I said at the beginning, I don’t know how much of this is really necessary. The story by Williamson is pretty good and the artwork by Xermanico is pretty decent, but where is this all leading?
I will give it a shot but, it all feels a bit forced.
