Cashiers du Cinemart Digital Edition
Cashiers du Cinemart is a magazine and a webzine about independent film, published and edited by Mike White. The print version began in 1994 as a zine and evolved over the late 1990s into a more typical magazine format. The title is a reference to the French film magazine, Cahiers du cinéma. It ceased print publication temporarily in 2008, but continues on the Internet and via print-on-demand issues.
Cashiers du Cinemart openly mocks the basic tenets of film criticism and theory while championing underground and independent film. The magazine became known for its edgy writing and incendiary opinions, as well as its obsessive love for offbeat films.
Also available digitally, Impossibly Funky: A Cashiers du Cinemart Collection, a collection of articles from the magazine.

The COPRA SUBSCRIPTION 2015 guarantees you a copy of every COPRA issue (#s 19 – 24) before they’re long gone and out of print. The first issue of this set will be mailed out in January, subsequent issues mailed every 5-6 weeks after that.
This next batch will reunite the team, get back to the hunt, tie up some loose ends, usher in new crews, and complicate things for our friends in COPRA. It’ll be six intense issues with a back up feature by one of my favorite cartoonists (more details soon)!
